Hardly anyone knows that when HBO issued this LP they also put out a special 24 page booklet (5" x 6 1/2") for some off their customers. As can be seen by the scans they were really publicizing the 68 Special on their network. This is very very rare and I have never seen a copy before. Also, the LP is STILL SEALED.
